Two regions, and a deliberately small number of towns and cities inside them. We only buy where we already have trades, agents and relationships on the ground.
North West
Liverpool and the Merseyside belt are where we have bought most and where our trades and agents are strongest. We also buy across Wigan, Skelmersdale, Burnley, Preston and Chorley.

The strongest rent-to-price numbers we see anywhere. Houses here cost £75,000 to £105,000 and, reconfigured for family accommodation, lease at £1,100 to £1,200 a month on a five-year term.
