Figures shown on this site
Purchase prices are the agreed price at the time of publication. Rents are our assessment of the achievable market or lease rent, not a guarantee. Yields are calculated before costs, on the agreed purchase price plus the refurbishment where there is one, and before finance costs, purchase costs and tax. Any finance illustration uses a 25% deposit at 8% interest-only purely as an illustration and is not a quote or an offer of finance.
