Who we are
Manchester Sourcing is a trading name of Manchester Sourcing. You can reach us at office@manchestersourcing.co.uk.
What we collect
If you contact us by WhatsApp or email we hold your name, contact details and the content of your enquiry so that we can respond and, if you go on to buy, administer the purchase. We record which property pages an enquiry came from so that we can answer it properly.
This website does not run advertising trackers and does not sell your data to anybody.
Why we hold it
We rely on legitimate interest to respond to an enquiry you initiated, and on contract where you go on to instruct us on a purchase. Where we send you details of future deals, we rely on your consent and you can withdraw it at any time by telling us to stop.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as we have an active relationship with you, and for six years after a completed transaction to meet our legal and tax obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email office@manchestersourcing.co.uk and we will deal with it within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
